Week Two

-We visited Bishopsgate Institute for a talk by Photographer David Hoffman called Policing Protest. David Hoffman specialises in social issues photography and has done for more than 30 year's. Much of his work focuses on racial and social conflict, policing, homelessness, drugs, poverty and social exclusion are documented often through protests.

David Hoffman managed to photograph himself in a cell during a previous arrest from a protest against author Salman Rushdie in 1989.
