The Human form vs. The Pepper
For my Final Major Project, I was inspired by the work of Edward Weston. I looked at some of his photographs (mainly the photographs of peppers) and decided that I wanted to do a comparison between the human body shape vs. the shape of peppers. I went around to several markets (because the ones that you get in the shops all look the same) and I started looking for the human form in the different peppers. I am currently in the process of experimenting with text as well as working with pencil along side the photograph (inspired by Ben Heine) and it is all still very much an on going experiment.
